Dosage:
The usual dosage is 320 mg of extract (one soft gel capsule) per day for six months, which means a continuous intake of at least 85-95% (295mg) of oily acid and 0.2-0.4% of sterols (Regular intake of active ingredients. For better results it is recommended to take the capsule after having eaten.
- The recommended dosage may be safely followed preferably with meals.
